I hate doing new years resolutions! So my new year’s resolution is to do resolutions and follow through – so here they are:
1. Do New Years Resolution
2. Follow through on New Years Resolution
(note: me in picuture eating chocolate, drinking beer, just had a pop)
Goals:
Become healthier
Follow through
Organize life
Swear less
Send time on myself
More understanding
How to reach this goal
Exercise, eat right
plan, follow up
write out days on calendar, follow up
Find new words to use
pamper, make up, relax more
Listen more, less on the defense
Things that have been X’ed
Diet Coke – any pop
Chocolate
Beer
Chips
High Sugar intake
Fried food
Any fast food – excluding Subway
Coffee down to 1 coffee a week
Driving to the video store and local shops
Making plans with out writing them down
Being lazy
I will post updates.
People call me out on it if I am doing it wrong!!
